Official Field Guide to Beer and Food

I will get to the Sam Adams soon. But First I would like to talk about this beaut. I recieved 4 Beers from my love Kait! that are from the Lancaster Brewing Company. This is the first one that I have tried 

This brew comes from the Lancaster Brewing Company. It their Amish 4 Grain Pale Ale. This beer is light on the palate with a very nice and well balanced hop flavor. It also has a very refreshing, almost citrusy, tone to it. I enjoy this beer very much. It would go beautifully on a nice warm summer day.

Pairing with food, I would say it could go with about anything. It would be a nice palette cleanser inbetween courses or just a nice beer to go along with dinner.

It has a nice caramel color to it.

According to the website the 4 grains are 2 row barley, oats, wheat, and rye. They also use imported Saaz hops. Which gives it its hint of dryness.
